ANDRÉ BARBOSA - is a senior consultant at Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (SPI) responsible for SPI’s activities in the Brazilian market, with a vast experience and knowledge of the Brazilian innovation landscape. Part of an international team, he is involved in projects financed by multilateral institutions, such as the European Union, World Bank and Interamerican Development Bank, in the areas innovation, R&D, benchmarking, competitiveness, among others. He is the SPI manager for INCOBRA and CEBRABIC (ENRICH in Brazil) projects, both aiming to foster R&I cooperation between Brazil and the EU.

ALMIRO DOS REIS NETO - of Franquality Consultoria, a Brazilian consultancy, joined Hofstede Insights in 2012. Next to his position as HR President of Franquality Consultoria he is also ABRH-SP Council Deliberative President.

He specialises in competencies management areas, high executives coaching and leadership development. By education he is a Production Engineer of USP and holds a post graduate position in Human Resources Management at the Universite d’Aix-en-Provence, France. He was a McDonald’s and Hay Group Director.
