In this CUBE IN session, Jan Vincent Meertens, a consulting and training expert who has worked in over 8 countries and is the celebrated author of the book, “Do We Have a Deal”, will show you which factors influence negotiations and co-operation, in order in prepare yourself and leverage cultural knowledge to conduct successful negotiations across countries.

JAN VINCENT MEERTENS: Jan Vincent has studied, lived and worked for more than four decades in different countries around the world. He took a MBA at the American School for Global Management, Thunderbird, Arizona.
He has been a country manager for a large Dutch corporation in the Americas and build his own training and consultancy company which he successfully sold.
Today, Jan Vincent is author and publishes articles and books on intercultural management. He is also an experienced trainer and coach with a focus on leadership and negotiation skills. Jan Vincent assists global managers in both the public and private sector, focusing on developing sound cross-cultural business strategies, enhancing cultural competencies, and preparing for international business missions and complex cross-cultural negotiations.
He has founded, a non-profit foundation to help improve communications between migrant and host communities in the European Union.
